Calling all Maid-of-Honors and Best Men! If you want to kick off an epic bachelorette or bachelor party with an activity that’s fun, quirky, exhilarating and a great way for the entire gang to bond, then plan an escape to an escape room for the bride and groom’s nearest and dearest.

With bachelorette and bachelor parties, you’re usually an eclectic group of different ages, personalities, and backgrounds. You all know the bride and groom in your own special way, whether you are related, went to high school or college together, or maybe met each other through work. Some of you may or may not be meeting one another for the first time, so there is naturally a bit of tension or awkwardness in the air.

That’s where escape rooms come in! What better way to bond and get to know one another than walking into a room together, having the doors lock behind you and a large timer on the wall starts counting down from 1 hour!

That’s just what happened when Teresa had her bachelorette party at Room Escape. Wanting to try something exciting, different and out of their comfort zones, all the ladies hopped on the Atlanta Party Bus to get to the Room Escape Atlanta.

With most of ladies never having met each other until that day, it was a fantastic opportunity for them to connect and have an incredibly fun time. Through the experience of being locked in a room together to test their ability to work as a unit, they walked in strangers, solved the puzzles collectively, and broke out of the room as friends.

The wedding was a huge hit, and their newly formed camaraderie was evident to everyone there and such a joy for the bride. Amazing how just one hour in a room together can build lasting friendships!

So start your bride’s hen party and your groom’s stag night with a killer icebreaker activity that promises to get everyone well-acquainted, laughing, high-fiving and bonded before the wedding.
